I started working as a Marketing Staff in 2001 and then became part of the BPO Industry in 2006 as a Customer Service Representative for almost 6 years . With these experiences, I developed my communication and negotiating skills that build my self-confidence, patience and taught me effective techniques to provide the best customer satisfaction.
I then started working from home last July of 2016. I started my home base career as a part-time online English tutor for Korean students. And eventually, I found another job as an email support representative for an online store. I have been working with them for almost 4 months. We reply to customers inquiries like shipping time frame, tracking status, customer request to alter their order or sometimes cancel their order.
