My Name is Jo An Villarin, 31 years old, single and i have partner and 2 kids. living at Las Piñas City, Philippines. I have been working and currently employed for Five (5) years, as Sales & Marketing Assistant. I'm Flexible, hardworking, resourceful, dedicated and willing to assist my superior as needed. My role & duties here in the office are response to customers needs and requirement with appropriate products/services thru phone or emails. Maintain high level customer service with exiting and leverages relationship to expand business. Monitor and reviews customer sales activity and market adjustment to processes and strategies needed. Develop and maintain sales materials such as (proposals, order slip, delivery receipt, power point presentation, sales report) and current product knowledge. undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence. Make travel arrangements and sometimes when my boss has a tight schedule i also attend meetings or bidding.
