I’m Czech citizen, living now in Prague. My main experience is in creating and executing Sales & Marketing strategies in Pharmaceutical business with focus on Digital channels.

I have experience working on country positions (Czech Republic and Germany), but as well in multinational environments mainly Central & East Europe, Middle East and Africa. I have experience with leading bigger teams (20+ colleagues) and with direct budget and sales responsibility.

The positions from last years I would like to highlight are:

• Head of Sales & Marketing strategy in Hiremotely : Reshaping and executing Sales & Marketing strategies for IT resourcing company
• Head of Digitalization in Sandoz Germany : Running Digital Marketing operations but as well transferring pharma Sales & Marketing operations to digital channels
• Head CRM & SFE CEEMEA in Sandoz : Responsibility to standardize CRM & Analytics systems over 4000 users in 80+ countries

Before my leading roles, I was collecting experience in two main areas. Sales experience as Key Account Manager for Pharmacy chains, Cross-portfolio products in pharmacies and Telecommunication business. The second area was Information technology as Project manager or Head of IT departments.
