I have high accuracy in data entry back when I was a data encoder (Clinical Trials), I created automations in order to improve the data entry rate and accuracy. I have experience using google sheet and Excel. My data handling has improved when I got hired as a Process Delivery Specialist in my previous company (IBM) where there's a lot of validation before proceeding with the steps (SOP). Lastly, my skills continuously improved when I got promoted as Reporting specialist where I got advanced excel skills mainly data extraction, data analysis, data entry, Pivot, Chart creation, visualization and reporting SLA's and KPI's to better understand the business needs and decision making.
