My name is Jimmy Ybañez Jr, 26 years of age. Born and raised in Davao, Philippines. A college undergraduate took up a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.

I have been working for 6 years under the BPO industry/Remotely working at home. 3 years in BPO as a Senior Representative, 1 year as Medical Representative for insurance claims and benefits, and 2 years as Customer Service Representative/Admin Support remotely.

I have experience with tools such as; Zendesk, Shopify, Stripe, Microsoft Office, NASCO, Google Docs, and web-based tools program. And I am willing to learn more. I am responsible, dedicated, and up for any challenges ahead. I am friendly, fun, and easy to be with.

I loved working especially at home, you can enjoy the comfort of your home at the same it save you from traffic jams anywhere. Convenient it is. Working with different people across the world is fun and exciting, you get to know people virtually.
