From January 2023 to July 2024, I worked at Delmar Health BPO in Managua, Nicaragua, as a Customer Service Agent for Brand New Day Health Insurance. My responsibilities included handling inbound calls in English and Spanish, assisting members with their insurance benefits, resolving billing and claims inquiries, helping them find providers, and explaining policy coverage. Since July 2024, I’ve been working at Outsourcing Services S.A., providing services for GIS Benefits, a U.S.-based insurance benefits platform. My role as an Insurance Benefit Specialist includes building and updating benefit administration platforms for brokers and clients. I supported patient care, helped transport medical supplies and records, and assisted in emergency procedures and hospital transfers.
