Jimbo Enriquez

Hello, I'm Jimbo Enriquez, and I've dedicated the last decade and a half to the BPO industry. My journey has given me a deep understanding of Customer Service, starting with roles as a Sales Representative and a Retention Specialist.

My career has also included key roles such as a Senior Collections Officer at ANZ Global Services and Operations, where I managed high-value debts and negotiated payment plans. For over two years, I served as a Team Leader at Acquire BPO, leading a team of 20 associates, providing weekly coaching sessions, and implementing process improvements. My leadership was recognized when I was named the Top Team Leader for the first quarter of 2024.

I'm confident in my ability to handle various responsibilities, from debt collection and account management to coaching teams and driving sales. I am a fast learner, a team player, and I possess strong customer handling and sales techniques.
