I have worked as a customer service representative for 6 years. I handled different types of accounts, which are hotel and flight reservations, US healthcare, eCommerce, and an online delivery platform. I’m passionate about my work and have achieved achievements in helping companies succeed by providing exceptional service to our customers. When I joined the previous company, I focused on providing excellent support to clients. I brought my experience and positive nature to the position and did my best for our clients. After learning how the company operates, I started motivating my team members to do their best for our customers as well. 

Also, I always make sure that I have a deep knowledge of the products and services that the company offers, including any common complaints or issues related to them. I enjoy this job because I get to help customers with a variety of problems, and I'm empowered to be the person who transforms their experience from a negative one into a positive one.
