I worked in BPO companies and became a Customer Support and Technical Support Specialist for 6 years. I stopped working in March 2016 because I got pregnant and got a son and became a full-time Mother. And It's been 5 years that I haven't worked because I spent my time taking care of my son. So while I'm doing my responsibility. I recently join a Training in MS Excel, already got certificates. I learned so much from it. I joined Coursera as well and still learning from them. I currently take a WordPress course and still learning about SSL/TSL, Cpanel, how to build an effective, creative and eye-catching website. So as time goes, I want to gain knowledge. I want to improve myself that even I'm a mother that won't hinder me become more productive.
