I bring over 7 years of combined experience in customer service and virtual assistance, with a strong specialization in real estate operations. I started my career in the BPO industry, where I worked for 3 years as a Customer Service Representative in a telecommunications company. Through consistent performance, I was promoted to a Training Team Leader role, where I coached team members, ensured quality standards, and helped improve overall team performance. This foundation sharpened my communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

For the past 4 years, I’ve transitioned into working as a Virtual Assistant, focusing on real estate. I’ve handled end-to-end processes including cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, acquisition support, and recruitment. I’ve consistently managed high call volumes while maintaining quality conversations, identifying motivated sellers, and converting leads into real opportunities. I’m highly experienced with tools such as Mojo Dialer, Batch Dialer, Ooma, JustCall, and Dialpad for outbound communication. I’ve also worked extensively with CRM platforms like Podio, Lofty, and Sisu, where I manage pipelines, track leads, and ensure no opportunity is missed. In addition, I use ActiveCampaign and Google Workspace to stay organized, automate processes, and maintain efficient communication.
