Working as a Customer Service for more than 15 years, i am confident that i can handle a variety of situations, keep customers satisfied and that i can contribute to the success of the company. Throughout the years and having this experience working in a multi-racial country (SINGAPORE), i have developed a good communication skills,both in writing and verbally. I was able to understand diverse perspective, cultural sensitivity, empathy, inclusivity, adaptabilty and open-mindedness that helped me to build a stronger relationship and deeper connection with customers and my colleagues. With that exposure to a wide range of ideas and perspective, i can say that i had a chance to grow personally and professionally.
