For 20 years working experience, I would say that I am an expert doing office related works. For data entry job, I know how to use Google Docs, Google Spreadsheet and MS Office. For research related, I am using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, etc. For communication tools, I use Yahoo mail, Gmail, Skype, Google Hangouts. I do believed even if a person is already equipped and lot of working experience, the attitude towards work must come up first. I am an open-minded person, easy to deal with and a hardworking individual.
