I'm working as a customer representative in one of the property management companies in the US. We are responsible in taking calls specifically their maintenance requests. Creating work orders then dispatching to one of the listed vendors and making an appointment to the tenant for maintenance repairs. It's also my task to check the non-started work orders in Idaho and Utah and making sure that it will be dispatched within the day.

I have also experience in arranging travel and accommodation, and data entry.
