As a Virtual Assistant, I’m comfortable using tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Keep, Forms, Meet), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), and communication platforms such as Zoom, Skype, Trello, Slack, and SmartTask. For email marketing, I’ve had hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign and Keap, and I’ve worked with MailChimp and Klaviyo as well. I also have basic working knowledge of ConvertKit, GetResponse, Content Studio, Acuity, Thinkific, Canva, and Deadline Funnel. These tools have helped me manage email campaigns, automate workflows, schedule content, and support my clients’ marketing efforts.
In my current role, I assist in setting up and sending out email newsletters, organizing contact lists, and scheduling social media posts. I also handle a range of general admin tasks like calendar management, file organization, light research, and data entry. My background in customer service also gives me an edge when it comes to email and chat support—I know how to communicate clearly, empathetically, and efficiently.
