I am a PHRn (registered nurse) who has both experiences in Hospital, Company/Clinical and BPO industry. I also worked as a Front desk Officer in a Hotel industry adds another layer of expertise, especially in customer service and managing various logistical tasks. I can handle bookings, reservations and travel arrangement. I am currently working as a Triage Telehealth nurse, my main responsibilities are to conduct telehealth consultations, triage new patients and assess them base on their presenting symptoms. Develop and implement individualise treatment plans and to monitor their progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
