I have been working for 6 years more or less, been with different industries and worked my way up from agent to Quality/Training Team and Management. I have been enjoying my time working as a Quality Analyst. I am a team player, keen to details and can work under a minimal supervision. Have experience in managing teams. I like to share ideas that can help improve the service being provided and accepts suggestions to learn new things that can help me grow.
