I am Jeza, married and a mother of 3 boys. I love pets and do love to cook. I studied Bachelor of Science in Nursing for 3 years and 2 years for BS Psychology. Somehow I didn’t pursue my studies for some reasons but it will never be the reason not to be successful in life. As Lincoln once said: “ a great success comes with enthusiastic and great people.” Or, maybe, he did not, but I am sure that having such a motivated person as I am will definitely increase the chances for the Company becoming not just good, but the BEST IN THE MARKET.

I have worked as call center representative for 3 and half years for the 3 accounts Wellcare, Virgin Mobile and Verizon USA. In addition, while I’m in Wellcare I used to be as a Quality Assurance Analysts and a Sales Verifier for TP USA. I gained considerable customer service skills that includes also being in a sales and billing department. I strive to deliver an effective, focused and excellent customer service that fits my clients' needs and goals. I am also reliable, hardworking who can work well in a collaborative team or individual.
I also have previous working experience in a Home-Based job setting as a Customer Service, an ISA and as a Virtual Assistant. I do cold calling most especially with the real estate business, which I handle circle prospecting, expired and FSBO account. My main job is appointment setting. I used CRM's like MOJO, Podio, Agent Locator, Hubspot, Espresso and a lot more. I also worked as a social media email support for shopify , answer inquiries and complaints.
