From my experience in marketing, it is much easier to retain (and multiply) an existing customer base, than it is to recruit new ones. So on the job, I work with the big picture in mind: to satisfy our customers, because they're our biggest advertisers.

I have mastered people skills, and I have experience training and onboarding other customer support agents in best practices and product knowledge.
I have used CRM tools including Zendesk CRM, Intercom, and Quillbot. I have a mastery of Google and Microsoft Workspace. I have also used Zoom, Slack, Notion, Loom, Metabase, and other workspace tools for years.
Although I live in Africa, all the teams I have worked with are global (details in my CV), so I seamlessly collaborate remotely across different time zones.
