I am a graduate of Information Technology but I spent my work experience in customer support industry. I've handled international accounts and worked as technical support representative, retention officer for a health care account, customer service and sales. My last job was an Inbound sales representative, I've been with that position for more than 3 years. Being reliable employee is what my previous company likes about me. I have this "can do" attitude that I know is very essential on every company. I am a quick learner and very open to learn new skills.
