I love helping and seeing people grow and shine. I make sure that people around me are happily working with me. I am a person who share my knowledge to colleagues and I don't get emotional when my boss talks to me about mistake or lapses but I make sure to improve. I am a good listener and understand everyone's point of view.

I worked with different nationalities in Dubai for 8 years. In my previous company I experienced being a receptionist Admin and assistant to Head of Operations at the same time. I experienced being an HR Coordinator as well for 3 months hiring and processing pre-opening staffs for a facility. I am experienced in handling customer complaints may it be in person, email or thru phone calls and I love explaining product information, rules, and processes. I am a very patient and organized person with great work ethic.

I am very creative, I can make logos and graphics in power point and in Canva.

I dealt and negotiated with contractors, maintenance, third parties and other departments. I study my responsibilities very well that is why I was the go-to person in my previous job. I'm always willing to be trained and is open to suggestion, and with proper training, I know I can work exceptionally. I love helping, providing solutions and answers to queries. I usually anticipate and list all the things that I need to finish in one day. I always set my goals. I enjoy doing admin work.

I started as a food server in the first company I was with and got promoted to become a trainer. I shifted and applied again as a food server to one of the famous company where I had lots of colleagues and Heads that helped me to grow, the ones who saw my potential. I learned a lot and got promoted every year. From being a food server to becoming an Operations Coordinator handling a team and a kids facility. I am a very fast learner and always clarify everything that I want to learn so I can perform the job professionally.
