I have experience of dealing with company owner’s and CEO by taking charge of all their administrative tasks and assisting them on their business needs like travel and accommodation booking and meeting preparations, while allowing them to focus on more important things to grow their business. Being in this position, I have a vast experience of solving problems independently and completing time-sensitive tasks under pressure. Tracking all sales and client records using different CRMs like http://monday.com, Appfolio, Zoho and Zapier.

I Google apps like Excel, Word, and spreadsheets are like coffee to me, I can’t live without them! I also use Canva for some minimal Graphic tasks and most especially Trello in tracking the progress of my tasks. 

Aside from doing all administrative tasks, you can also rely on me when it comes to obtaining different documents or permits. I also love bookkeeping with QuickBooks, encoding all the numbers from the bank to an Excel file, and doing bank and accounting software reconciliation is the most exciting part. I like it when my brain gets tortured and makes me think and do some analysis as to where the difference was coming from. I love Challenges!
