OBJECTIVES
Clean Queen had grown rapidly, but their internal
operations couldn’t keep up. Systems lived in Trello, email,
and everyone’s heads. The team experienced daily fire drills,
dropped balls, no operational visibility. The owner hadn’t
taken a vacation in 7 years.
SOLUTION
We designed a fully custom Asana workspace that
centralized every operational workflow. Everything was
mapped to daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly cycles, fully
assigned, documented, and automated.
