I am passionate and knows how to value time. I believe in doing your best and initiatives. I don't just sit back and be spoon fed. I think outside the box and help people in the best way I can.
As for my experience, I am currently working as a tutor.
I worked as a sales representative for an e-commerce online business platform( online business platform popular in china). My job is to guide customers and make them upgrade their membership with our platform.
I have 2 and a half yrs of experience as recruitment associate in a BPO setting. I am familiar with paper screening through Jobstreet and using basic navigation in Taleo. I did an end to end recruitment that means from sourcing, interviewing, administrating test to offering contracts. I worked with Filipino and U.S Managers. My usual Talent needed headcount is 5 to 20 in 1 week or 10 days.
What I like about myself is that I am an independent employee but I cooperate well with my team especially with Managers. I come in at work an hour before to make sure I communicate first with the Managers before I start my day. Time is very important for me so I basically get things done on time as well. I am very trainable. I did not have any idea of what recruitment is all about, but as time goes by, after a month, I got my first nomination and award coming from one of our Filipino Managers.
Prior to being a recruitment I had a year of experience as Data Analyst. The job was quite easy and not so stress full. I love working with a team but I can work on my own if needed. I work and think of possible solutions on any problem at hand.
