Being with the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for more than 13 years has taught me different skills that would be needed when it comes to looking for work online.

I was with numerous Call Centers before, both big and small. I had been taught how to provide great if not EXCELLENT Customer Service for more than 7 years. Handling Technical or Consumer issues for various products and Companies. This had enabled me to hone my skills in call handling to near perfection. Patience would always be a virtue and that is one of the traits I have which I can boast about.

I had undergone training for Customer Service, Technical Support, and also Telemarketing. I had also been given the opportunity to work directly work for clients from Canada, Tennessee,Florida and many more. All of which had complimented me for giving the best service that could be offered.

Once employed, I give 100% effort back to my clients, This is my personal way of showing gratitude for the opportunity given.
