I'm Jessa Suganat, 25 years old and I would like to apply my knowledge about computer skills, multitasking, problem-solving, and assisting clients and customers in this platform with quality.
I am a customer care specialist for 4 years already. In my first company, we’re handling all local telco related concerns via email and chat using socio. With my second company, we’re supporting customers from a food delivery service app based in the USA via email using bliss and in my most recent company, we’re supporting customers from the online grocery app via email/chat/call using Zendesk which is also based in the USA. With my experience, I believe that I’ll be able to handle customer service related concerns very well, can work with pressure, flexible with schedule, and I’m also very eager to learn and do different and new tasks assigned to me.
I am very determined to complete every task assigned to me before the deadline so I'm proud to say that I always get recognition from my superiors. They even assigned me to support our team if my supervisor is not around.
I also do things with integrity as the outcome will always reflect on what kind of person you are and how reliable you are even if no one is watching you.
