About me...

Well... Doing something different has always fascinated me, and when it came to my career, I do precisely the same thing. Being an all-around virtual assistant has been the absolute BEST experience. When I'm looking for work, I look into all job opportunities. Whether I have the experience or not, I still apply. I always think to myself, "Go for it! Why not?"

I have gained a mix of experience from years (before and after becoming a Virtual Assistant) of different types of work. I've done a little bit of everything from the fast food industry, receptionist work, caregiving, dry cleaning and then got into the BPO industry. From there on, I learned to be an excellent Customer Service Representative, a top performing Sales Rep, Quality Assurance Associate, Subjects Matter Expert, Supervisor and also a Trainer.

I left the BPO industry back in 2016 and decided to become a virtual assistant. I've gained so much knowledge, but I know there's so much more to learn. I can handle several tasks at once, and I am always keen on managing new projects. I have excellent communication skills. I grew up in California, San Diego to be exact, so I'm fluent in American English. I'm a team player and love working along side other people, but can also manage on my own. I learn fast and always willing to try new things. I have the drive to accomplish everything and have ideas to share.

I will never let you down when it comes to professionalism. I'm open to any position that will contribute to my career growth and allow me the freedom to be at home and become financially stable doing something that I genuinely enjoy.
