I’ve been in the BPO industry for more than 5 years now. My first BPO experience was with Genpact Services LLC handling Auto Loans Collections, I assist customers on their past due auto loans and provide them assistance that can help them catch up with their payments. I was a collector for 2 years and got promoted due to my good performance. I became a Trainer and Call Quality Analyst, I handle process training and quality monitoring to check if our agent’s calls are compliant. I am reporting directly to our client and send them reports every week. I left the company and started working at JP Morgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Specialist handling Auto Loans applications. We assist customers who wanted to apply for an auto loan over the phone.
Being in this industry helped me a lot improve my communication skills. With the position that I am applying for, I can see that I am qualified since I already have the experience. Not just the experience but also the potential to learn more, I always give my very best in everything that I do and exceed your expectation. Hopefully, I will be able to work here and apply my skills and learning.
