Jerry Geng

I have customer service experience in sport and hotel roles, and strengths in utilizing

excellent communication skills, and conflict resolution abilities; also bringing 3 years’

customer service experience and demonstrated customer support ability. I am looking for a

customer service role where I can use my skills to resolve product and service issues for

clients. I enjoy exceeding customer’s post-sale needs and I am very good at maintaining

composure when faced with challenging situations. I love to learn new things and in my

new role this will be something I look forward to.
