Let me tell you a little background before I give you with the list of things that I CAN DO.

I worked in the area of Customer Service and Sales for 7 years and been with different line of business. I was working in a Financial account, Telecommunication and Sales. I also been part of the Quality Assurance team and had conducted product training for Sales Account and for Customer Retention. 

My Customer Service and Sales experience covered both non-voice (email and chat) and voice or phone support. For my Financial Account experience my mail task is to contact businesses in U.S. who would possibly needing capital for business expansion or to even start up a business. We help them matched with Lenders that can help them with their financial needs and asking them relevant questions to create their profile. Another financial account I worked with was an Inbound Customer Support. Most of our customers are students and they sign up an account for their Financial Aid Refund which supports multiple Universities and Schools mainly in U.S. 

Withing that 7 years, I also developed solid Sales background. I worked with company that sells newspaper subscriptions, beauty products, and business listings such as SEO or Local Area Yellow Pages. Also been with one of Telecommunication Account and that also include order processing, credit card pulling and cold calling.

1. Email/Chat/Phone Support (customer service, customer education, follow ups)

2. Order Processing (credit card, verification, product promotion, customer billing and collection)

3. Web Research (Contact Details, Product Information, Company Details)

4. Administrative Support

5. Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PP etc.)

6. Experience in using Google Drive/Office

7.Experience in using Social Media Management/Content Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest)
