My name is Jerome Perillo, and I have 12 years of experience in the call center industry and in human resource data management and reporting. Allow me to provide more insights about my role in HR data management.

During my time as a member of the Compliance and Reporting team, my focus was on data entry, ensuring the accuracy of the information, and maintaining its integrity. I was responsible for generating periodic HR data reports and conducting in-depth analysis to identify trends and highlight areas for improvement.

One of the projects I am particularly proud of is the Quality Control Reporting system I created and implemented. This system serves as a control check to detect data inconsistencies and errors, allowing for timely corrections and improved data quality. I developed this project primarily in Microsoft Excel, utilizing advanced formulas to streamline the detection of errors and inconsistencies, ultimately improving the accuracy of the data we relied on. In this role, I also collaborated with global teams and department heads through email and virtual meetings. This experience taught me how to navigate cross-functional communication effectively, ensuring smooth operations despite working across different time zones. While I’m based in the Philippines, I’ve consistently worked with teams from around the world without any challenges.
