Jerome Abiquibil Reyes

Hello there, my name is Jerome Reyes and I am excited to share a little bit about myself with you.

As my first job, I worked as a Subject Matter Expert handling Technical Account in a BPO. I was responsible for providing excellent technical support to our clients and ensuring that their needs were met in a timely and efficient manner. I found this experience to be challenging and rewarding as it allowed me to develop my problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

I also hold a degree in Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and took a short course in Information Technology. During my time in the hospitality industry, I worked as a Banquet Waiter and Casino Dealer in a prestige 5-star hotel in our country. These roles allowed me to develop my communication and customer service skills, as well as my ability to work well under pressure.

In addition to my hospitality experience, I have also worked in different customer service roles both in BPOs and in restaurants. Through these experiences, I have learned the importance of listening to customers' needs and going above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Outside of work, I have a passion for editing and creating logos and content. I enjoy using different editing tools and learning new techniques to enhance my skills. Currently, I am studying UI/UX design online via Coursera to further develop my abilities.

I am currently seeking job opportunities and I believe that my experience in customer service, technical support, and hospitality, as well as my passion for creative content, make me a strong candidate for a variety of roles.
