I have almost 11 years of experience working in established Customer Service companies in the Philippines. I started out as an agent for customer service handling U.S and Australian accounts and has since then worked my way up to be part of the leadership team.

I make sure to place my customers' and clients' best interest at heart.

As a trainer, I am skilled in handling training agendas from curriculums and assessment creation, to new-hire on-boarding and nesting. Also created up-skill or refresher trainings to target certain metrics for tenured agents.
