I have been a customer service for more than 2 years. The 1st company that I was with is Valex Goh, a Singapore-based eCommerce business and we sell products around the world mainly, in the USA and Europe. My main job there was to answer 100 tickets a day at Freshdesk and report some incorrect order, return, and a refund to our Team Leader, and then she will be the one to process it in Shopify. So, we mainly answer tickets and report in Excel. The 2nd company that I have been is BabyOrBump, which is a UK-based business that is owned by Dean Smith. In this company, I am the only Customer Service that was hired and I do all the answering in all the tickets in the different ticketing systems. In the first 4 months, we used Gorgias as a ticketing system and it is easier to use. After that, we transferred to Freshdesk. I also learned how to process orders here from our supplier which is China and we used SourceInBox in processing orders. I also process refunds, update the tracking number, canceling orders, duplicating orders, changing orders, and more.
