information from buyers, including their license and
theory numbers, and input this data into a spreadsheet
for booking. After my team books the tests, I inform the
buyers and provide my client’s bank account details for
payment. Besides selling and collecting customer
information, I am knowledgeable in using the DVSA
website, allowing me to cancel, swap, and book tests as
