Hi My name is Jeric Palaypay. I’m a Document Controller for almost 8 years. I’ve worked ​with Engineers, Project Managers, and CEOs at different companies.

I have Experienced with Quality Management System and Electronic Documentation Management System. Also, able to properly managed Fast and Easy Documentation. I am also experienced with the used of Primavera Contract Management and ALIM or Asset Lifecycle Information Management.

I have background in data entry and quality check of specific and relevant information in a Records Management database. I become a Virtual Assistant ​when the pandemic started. I’ve maintained a computer database of all field documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents also developed and maintain filing system and computer database files on regular basis and maintained general documents in share point document folders.

I have used application and desktop virtualization like CITRIX and project communication platform tools like Microsoft teams depending on my client’s preferences. I am very skilled in Excel works. I am also very qualified in data extracting and tele communicating. Also, I am pretty good at data encoding with 60-65 words per minute.
