I have been in the BPO industry for nearly six years, because of my tenure in this field I have gained various skills that make me flexible enough in handling any account I may be working with in the future. I have been trained in providing excellent customer service be it for billing, technical, or sales concerns. Also, I supported a financial account as well and worked from home as a chat and email support during this COVID 19 Pandemic. I have undergone leadership training, mentored by my Operations Manager herself to understand how business works and leaders should think and shadowed with admin tasks to familiarize myself with manager's task.
