I’m a Technical Support/Customer Support with experience in phone, and email support, Inbound and outbound calls. Have also worked as Technical support offering solutions on IT-related issues to clients on hardware and software. I have a vast experience in data entry, image annotation, labeling, and data research as well as working on Lidar projects.

Currently working as a Quality Analyst analyzing taskers’ work output against guidelines/standards and providing feedback, Coaching taskers and helping them improve on their weaknesses, Providing feedback to Team Leaders on identified areas that individual members of the team need to improve on for coaching and Providing feedback and recommendations on recurring and widespread gaps that should be addressed through training/refresher training.
