I have been in the BPO industry for a little over a decade now. I was working as a team leader when I resigned from my full-time job on February 2019.

I have many years of demonstrated history in sales, marketing, and business development. I am also a highly multi-skilled VA with experience in account management and appointment setting.

My past work experiences enabled me to quickly learn and master new technologies and I am equally successful in both team and self-directed settings. My many years in sales also allowed me to hone my craft in selling through curiosity.
