I've been with Corporate World for 10 years with the call center as Customer Service Representative, I worked well in high-pressure environments. I handled a variety of tasks involving customer service, business to business, Sales,and outbound calling

. I assisted a lot of clients over the phone, did email, chat and technical support, general inquiry on customers account, billing explanation and more, I've also handled Healthcare and Insurance back-office claims for an insurance company in the US. I call medical providers offices regarding documents needed for the patient's disability. My previous background and versatility prepared me to be so much to be ready in Freelancing. I can do data entry, web research, customer service, Lead Generation and mostly, appointment setting.

My first and most recent experience in Upwork being a freelancer which I so much like is to work as an appointment setter. I call and email financial advisors to set appointments, manage calendar for the portfolio manager of an ETF. Just to let you know, it's an investment fund that trades on an exchange, in the stock market.

I've always been consistent in producing more bookings and overcome gatekeepers using limited leads.
