Currently working as General Assistant since 2021 as a General Assistant/Asst. Social Media Coordinator and backup CS. I'm an all around assistant doing monthly reports related to different departments, handling designing of our monthly Newsletter, and coordinating with all team members.

Worked as Treasurer in PAL express since 2011 to 2021 handling domestic and international payments, managing and creating monthly reports, coordinating with local and international suppliers, making local dispatch of checks to several cities/provinces, making sure that all disbursements and receipts are accounted for, coordinating with other departments relating to payment concerns to suppliers and employees.

Worked as an Accounting Assistant handling Cash Management, seeing to it that all cash disbursements/receipts are accounted for. Creating reports for differences in foreign exchange, money market placements, bank reconciliation and journal entries. I also assist superiors for doing monthly Financial Reporting and tax related entries. I also assist other departments like Accounts Payable and Receivables
