I have a strong background in quality/compliance analysis, completing ad hoc tasks, administrative tasks, and data entry. I also have good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. I am familiar with a lot of systems and tools such as Slack, MS Teams, Google Workspace, MS Office, Zendesk, Salesforce, Outlook, Skype etc. I'm quick to learn and adaptable to change.
