I have worked in a huge omnichannel retail company and in an American multinational financial services corporation in the US as their customer service representative. I deal with their customers 8-9 hours a day and have grown and explored the different ways to provide the best customer service.

My 1-year experience in a high pressured environment (BPO) have taught me attention to detail, resilience, critical decision making and to multi-task with minimal supervision. I handle calls from simple order entry and order tracking to deescalating complicated customer complaints and disputes about product exchange, refund, incomplete/damaged items and non-receipt of items delivered.

Virtual Assistant

While working as an admin assistant( in my corporate job), I was able to learn thoroughly different office tasks such as data entry, email handling, and schedule management. I even paid $160 to take a detailed course so that I could master those skills!

I have studied the basic VA skills in depth:
