I am skilled in communicating with clients over phone, chat, and email working as a virtual technical support specialist, appointments settler, data entry, as a customer service representative for a revenue services department, healthcare specialist, billing, virtual assistance for real state agency, as an inspector reviewing claims, fraud reports, reimbursement requests and following up with clients through email to assist in their request.
I also got the opportunity to successfully complete Quality Analyst and Supervisor programs where I learned how to calibrate the agents calls confirming if they’re following the policies and procedures required for the clients and also identifying the areas of opportunity so I can guide them to give the best performance.
