I was able to work in real estate as an admin and encoder. Then after that, I worked in a BPO company as chat support representative for billing. Later on, I worked as an outbound support and handled inbound tickets thru SMS report. We were transferred to recruitment and was able to conduct interviews thru Skype / Zoom, assess feedback to aspiring e-teachers. The most recent is also in BPO wherein we handle calls for healthcare insurance concerns.
