I was with Amex for 1 1/2 years, in which my main task is to assist customers with their billing concerns, activate features of their cards and provide recommendation of add-on services that can potentially help them maximize the services available. I also dialed for Telstra, one of the leading Telco in Australia as Customer service representative/Sales consultant for more than 2 years. I received various recognition by simply providing an excellent customer service. I must say I also put my heart in everything I do.
