In addition to my teaching experience, I have three years of specialized experience in training and instructional design. My academic background includes two Master’s degrees that have significantly contributed to my expertise. I hold a Master of Science in Instructional Design from Walden University, where I gained in-depth knowledge of instructional theories and practices. This degree has equipped me with the skills to create comprehensive and effective instructional materials that facilitate learning in various settings. 

Additionally, I have a Master of Education in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University. This degree has given me a strong foundation in integrating technology into learning environments, enabling me to design and implement cutting-edge e-learning solutions.
