I have about 20 years of work experience here in the Philippines and abroad.

I have been a virtual assistant for almost 5 years now, working with various online employers both fulltime and part time. I have acquired different skill sets along the way where I implement what I have learned.I am knowledgeable in Product Research - mostly finding profitable items on Amazon.

I am able to comprehend Amazon training videos (or any other video that is helpful in making the job done) and quickly implement what I learn.

I use MS Office applications, Google Docs and Drive. I am also familiar with order fulfillment in Shopify, inventory listing / inventory management (Shopify), a bit of SEO writing (descriptions) in Shopify.

I happen to also know how to create purchase and supplier invoices using MYOB, a bit of photo editing (Photoshop). My worked also involved admin tasks.

I am skilled in communicating with clients / customers via email and live chat, to accommodate their inquiries- Knowledgeable in lead generation via LinkedIn, communicate with suppliers for order confirmation for drop shipping in Shopify.

I used system tools like:

• Tactical Arbitrage - scan supported websites and sort through items added after the scan and place the items in its designated folders.
• Inventory Lab - check for ROI, Net profit of a product as well as add items to inventory
• Revseller - check the top 1-3% of an item
• Junglscout - check for sales per month of a product under a specific category- - - Keepa - check for rank history
• Camelcamelcamel - check for rank history
• Egrabber for lead generation where it ables to give email addresses of people name and company name

I am comfortable with multitasking - talk, think and type at the same time as this is one of the main requirements of my weekend job which is online teaching. Hardworking, dedicated to work, deadline conscious and focus driven. I am proactive and able to work independently, as well as part of a team, able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities that change rapidly, and have a positive personality with a “do whatever it takes” attitude.

I want to have a long term job where I can also utilize my time and develop more the skills that I have. I want to learn new things as well. I am a fast learner and with my vast experience in different fields, I am capable of making the job done.

I am not a PERFECT VA but I am someone who thrives to learn new things and help you grow your business where I also grow with it.
