I've spent the 12 years of my career in the Banking Industry as an Executive/Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative. I also had some experience as a VirtualĀ E-commerce Specialist in my part-time job, alongside my full-time work. As an Administrative Assistant, I provide support to the Executives by doing Email and Calendar Management, Consolidation of Reports, Organizing Events/Meetings, and taking note agendas of the meetings. I also handle and process payments and expenses and perform other administrative tasks.
As a Customer Service Representative, I do process several clients' requests and transactions. I do handle inquiries and complaints. Manage client portfolio, offer solutions, and conduct client screening and profiling.
