Hi, I'm currently working as an HR assistant in Philippine Airport Ground Support Solutions, Inc. In my current role, I’m responsible for overseeing and updating the headcount of subcontracted personnel across different agencies. I also ensure smooth coordination between recruitment teams and agencies, making sure that all deployment endorsements are processed efficiently.
My role involves a variety of tasks, including conducting Pre-Deployment Orientations for new staff, managing job vacancies and order statuses, and ensuring subcontract agency audits are completed on time. I also prepare job orders for new positions and ensure that all records for subcontract and organic personnel are properly filed and organized.
A large part of my work involves managing employee benefits, including overseeing the SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF programs. I ensure that all necessary forms, like R1A and ER2, are submitted to ensure proper registration and compliance. I also certify loan applications under SSS and HDMF and ensure timely payments to government agencies.
I also handle life insurance orientation for newly hired employees, ensuring they’re enrolled in coverage. I manage the life insurance billing process and make sure all employees have the necessary emergency cards. Additionally, I conduct inspections to ensure employees are following company uniform and grooming standards. My goal is to ensure that all personnel-related processes run smoothly, and that both employees and agencies are fully supported. That's All thank you.
