As a Customer Associate in a Flexible Packing Company for 10 years , I dealed with different types of customers. This experience provides me with better understanding on customer needs and requirement. It also inspires me to provide them with high quality service.

My task also includes preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Report Analysis. 

I also conduct monthly survey with our customer for our continuous service improvement.

Now that I am starting in this new avenue of working online, I would like to continually provide this kind of quality service to my client.
